Legal Eagle Education Business Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 By booking, attending, or participating in any tutoring session provided by Legal Eagle
Education, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1.2 Your participation in a tutoring session constitutes acceptance of these Terms, even if
you have not signed a written agreement.

1.3 These Terms are made available to you prior to your session (including via meeting
invite, booking confirmation, or website). By proceeding with the session, you confirm that
you have had a reasonable opportunity to review them.

2. Fees and Payment

2.1 You agree to pay $100.00 per hour (or any other agreed rate) for tuition services
provided by Legal Eagle Education.

2.2 Fees are charged for each session or part thereof, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2.3 Payment is due immediately at the end of each tutoring session unless a prepaid
package applies.

2.4 Payment must be made via direct bank deposit using the following details:

• Payee: Mills Family Trust T/A Legal Eagle Education
• Bank: Heritage
• BSB: 638060
• Account Number: 16021444
• Reference: Your first and last name

2A. VIP Law Student Packages (Prepayment)

2A.1 Legal Eagle Education offers prepaid tutoring packages as follows:
• 5-session package: 5% discount on the standard hourly rate
• 10-session package: 10% discount on the standard hourly rate

2A.2 Packages must be paid in full in advance to receive the applicable discount.

2A.3 Package sessions are credited to your account and applied to future bookings until
exhausted.

2A.4 Package sessions must be used within 6 months from the date of purchase, unless
otherwise agreed in writing.

2A.5 Package purchases are non-refundable, except as required by law.

2A.6 Cancellation and no-show provisions in clause 4 apply to package sessions. Where
applicable, the relevant session will be deducted from the package.

3. Late Payment and Default

3.1 If payment is not received when due, Legal Eagle Education may charge reasonable
interest on the overdue amount and recover any reasonable costs incurred in collecting the
debt.

3.2 If an amount remains unpaid, Legal Eagle Education may take appropriate steps to
recover the debt, including engaging a debt collection agency or commencing legal
proceedings.

3.3 If a court enters judgment against you for an unpaid amount, you are responsible for the
judgment debt and any additional costs ordered by the court.

3.4 Legal Eagle Education may disclose accurate information about unpaid debts or court
judgments where permitted or required by law, including in response to a lawful request
from a regulatory or admissions authority.

3.5 Legal Eagle Education may suspend or refuse further tutoring services until all
outstanding amounts are paid in full.

4. Cancellations and No-Shows

4.1 If you cancel a scheduled tutoring session with less than 24 hours’ notice, you agree to
pay a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled session fee.

4.2 If you fail to attend a scheduled tutoring session without notice (“no-show”), you agree
to pay the full session fee.

4.3 Cancellation and no-show fees are payable immediately upon demand and may be
recovered as a debt under these Terms.

5. Nature of Services

5.1 All services provided are for educational purposes only.

5.2 Legal Eagle Education does not provide legal advice, and no information provided during
tutoring sessions constitutes legal advice.

5.3 You are responsible for how you use any information provided.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Legal Eagle Education excludes all liability for
any loss, damage, or claim arising from your use of the tutoring services or reliance on
information provided.

6.2 Where liability cannot be excluded by law, Legal Eagle Education’s liability is limited, at
its option, to the re-supply of the services or the cost of re-supplying the services.

7. Scheduling

7.1 Legal Eagle Education reserves the right to reschedule or cancel tutoring sessions at its
discretion, with reasonable notice where practicable.

8. General

8.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

8.2 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining
provisions will continue in full force and effect.

By attending or participating in a tutoring session, you acknowledge that you have read,
understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
